A robust quality system does not rely on a single test at a single moment in time. Contamination, variation, and degradation can enter a material stream at any point, which is why we have built a series of independent control checkpoints that span the full production cycle.

Inbound feed assessment
Source material reviewed for consistency and cleanliness before processing begins. Material that does not meet our inbound standard does not enter the production stream.

Daily internal testing
In-process sampling across all active material streams, logged digitally on every shift. Deviation is identified within hours, not days.

Multi-stream monitoring
Each product stream is tested independently. We do not assume that because one grade is performing well, all grades are. Independent results for independent streams.

Daily internal testing across every active shift means any deviation from specification is identified within hours. When a result falls outside tolerance, our protocol is clear: production from that stream is held, the cause is investigated, and material is only released once conformance is re-established.

The way we operate our loading fleet has a direct bearing on product integrity. Operational discipline matters as much as laboratory science.

Fitted to all loader buckets. Prevents material being taken from below the clean product horizon, eliminating sub-base contamination entering a clean aggregate stream.

Regular and systematic. Carryover contamination from loader movements across a working yard is a real and underestimated risk. Our washdown protocol removes it.

Used exclusively for loading out finished product. A bucket that has touched reject, mixed waste, or unprocessed feed material does not load clean product. Without exception.

Defined buffer distances, visible boundary marking, and a single designated loading point per product grade. Cross-contamination risk at the point of dispatch is eliminated.
