The CDE EvoWash plant is the reason Hudson can take contaminated C,D&E material and produce spec-grade aggregate. Here's how the process runs.

Intake and scalping
Every load is inspected at the gate. Oversize debris is removed before the material enters the wash plant.

CDE EvoWash water cycle
The wash plant strips clay, silt, organics, and contaminants from the raw material. What goes in dirty comes out clean.

Classification and dewatering
Material is separated into sand, stone, and clay streams. Roughly 90% of process water is recovered and sent back through the system.

Every product is tested for gradation and compliance before it ships. We don't move material until it passes.
