More loads. Same trucks. Shorter haul.

Reliable concrete production starts with aggregate consistency. Hudson Aggregates supplies ASTM C33-certified concrete sand from our Kennedale facility, helping ready-mix, precast, and concrete producers across DFW maintain tighter quality control, reduce haul distance, and source tested materials from a local partner built for long-term supply.

Our washed sand is produced for repeatable gradation, controlled fineness modulus, and documented compliance, with quality control processes designed to support your mix designs, project specifications, and internal QA requirements.

ASTM C33: The Standard That Matters

Our concrete sand is produced to meet ASTM C33 — the foundational reference for fine aggregate quality in structural concrete applications. Meeting C33 covers more than gradation: fineness modulus, deleterious substance limits, soundness, and control of clay lumps and friable particles that can compromise concrete performance in ways that do not always show up until it is too late.

Our production and washing process is designed to maintain compliance across every load, every week, every season — not just on a good day. For TxDOT-approved materials, we provide tested and documented aggregate on a project-by-project basis, working with your QA team from the outset.

Quality Control That Does Not Stop at Our Gate

Most aggregate suppliers test at their facility, on their schedule, and include a certificate with the delivery note. For a concrete producer whose own quality management system is on the line every time a mixer turns, that is not good enough.

"We extend our quality control processes beyond our facility and onto yours."

Integrated into your QA workflow

Regular sampling and testing against agreed parameters, with results shared transparently. A supplier who is genuinely accountable to your quality system — not just issuing paperwork in support of it.

Available, repeated, transparent

Full test results shared with no holdbacks. Additional testing supported on request — new project specs, client audits, mix design reviews, or your internal QA calendar. Testing frequency driven by what your system needs.

Shaped around your operation

The arrangement varies by scale, mix design, and end-client standards. The principle is constant: quality is under control from extraction through processing, haulage, stockpiling, and batching.

No proprietary summaries. Just the data.

Results presented clearly so your QA team can do their job with confidence. No edited summaries, no withheld results. If you need to see more, we show you more.

Consistency is the Product

Concrete producers can tolerate many things. Variation in aggregate gradation is not one of them. Shifts in fineness modulus, unexpected fines content, or changes in particle shape between loads force mix design adjustments that cost time, waste material, and introduce risk into a production process that depends on repeatability.

Our production is structured specifically to minimise that variability. Controlled extraction, consistent washing, careful stockpile management, and regular in-process testing combine to deliver sand that behaves the same way today as it did last month and will next quarter.

The real product

For batch plant operators running the same mix design across thousands of cubic yards, consistency is the most important thing we supply.

Partners for the Long Term

The concrete producers we want to work with are the ones who take quality seriously enough that they have read this far. The ones who understand that the best supplier relationship is one where both sides are invested in each other's success — where production planning is shared, quality data flows freely, and the supply arrangement is built to last.

We are building Hudson Aggregates around a small number of deep, long-term partnerships with concrete producers who want a supplier that is genuinely part of their operation. If that is the kind of relationship you are looking for, we would like to talk.

The only facility in DFW that closes the loop.

No broker. No middleman. We take the waste, run the plant, and produce the aggregate — all from one permitted facility in Kennedale.
